Google's Pier 57 Entry Ramp

This amazing entry ramp is over 300' long and is painted by over 65 beautifully projection mapped laser projectors, complete with generative experiential systems to interact with the attendees.

Google's MP7 Event Center

This is the main screen at MP7. Google's first stand alone event center. This is the first deployment of a Sony CLED projection screen in the US. It was the largest in the country for many years. Eventually we lost that title regained it at the Bayview build then lost it again :(

During my 9 years as Technical Manager for the Bay Area Events team we not only deployed many event spaces but we would deliver over 200 events a year. Including quarterly earnings calls, stock holders day, weekly all hands meetings and special guests.

Google X Videowall

I had the honor of working with the display scientists at Google X on this one of a kind custom built videowall. It was a prototype for a product that was never developed further. Still a ton of fun though.

U2's ZooTV

I was second Engineer on U2's ZooTV tour way way back in the day. Worked with the most professional crew and hardest working team in show business. We raised the bar on touring video in 1991.

US version of ZooTV

This is the US screen layout of ZooTV. 19 Tripled up GE light valve projectors. The projection team got very little sleep on that tour. Bob Loney projector boot camp made that show happen.

European version of ZooTV.

This was the European screen layout over 170 video wall cubes, remember 1991, we are talking Zenith television engines built into custom steel enclosures. we needed cubes because many of the shows started before sunset.
